1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

a. Services

• No Refund for Completed Services: Once a treatment or service has been completed, refunds are not available. All sales are final for services rendered.

• Rescheduling and Cancellations:

• More than 24 Hours Before Appointment: Rescheduling or canceling is free of charge if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Between 24 Hours and 4 Hours Before Appointment: A 20% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within this period.

• Less Than 4 Hours Before Appointment: Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.

• Compassionate Grounds: In exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe illness), we may consider refund requests on compassionate grounds. Such decisions are at the sole discretion of IMAGES London management.

b. Products

• Return Policy for Products:

• Unopened Products: Products that are unopened and in original packaging may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to proof of purchase.

• Opened Products: Due to health and safety standards, opened products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Gift Card Policy

This Gift Card Policy provides terms specific to the purchase, use, and validity of gift cards at IMAGES London.

• Validity Period: Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will expire and cannot be reactivated.

• Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed for services and products at IMAGES London. They are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Partial Redemptions: Remaining balances on partially used gift cards may be applied to future transactions within the validity period.

• Loss or Theft: IMAGES London is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, and replacements will not be issued. Treat gift cards as cash.

• Compassionate Consideration: In exceptional cases, such as severe illness, expired or unused gift cards may be considered for special accommodations at IMAGES London management’s discretion.

b. Client Responsibilities

• Consultations: Before certain treatments, clients may need to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities. IMAGES London will not be liable for adverse reactions resulting from withheld information.

• Arrival Time: Clients are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their appointment to allow time for check-in. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.

• Appropriate Behavior: IMAGES London fosters a respectful environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

d. Satisfaction and Feedback

• Product Usage and Allergies: For clients with known allergies or sensitivities, we recommend a patch test at least 24 hours before treatments involving potential allergens.

• Skin Reactions: While we ensure quality in all our products and practices, clients are responsible for understanding any personal health conditions that may affect their treatment experience. Please inform us of any relevant details during your consultation.
